Five Lakes Coffee

Clark Logic’s partnership with Five Lakes Coffee has grown across multiple projects in Michigan and Indiana, supporting Five Lakes' expansion into new markets and the company's evolving operational needs.

In 2021, Clark Logic renovated and redeveloped a former Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) building on West Main Street in Kalamazoo, Michigan, establishing a new location and market presence for Five Lakes.

In 2026, Clark Logic helped Five Lakes Coffee expand its market into LaGrange, Indiana, with a project that included demoing an existing structure on the site and building new from the ground up.

Clark Logic has also supported Five Lakes’ operations in Sturgis, Michigan, providing warehousing and manufacturing space for its roastery, where beans are roasted and the company’s signature coffee blends are produced and packaged. In addition, Clark Logic completed the build-out of Five Lakes Coffee’s new corporate headquarters in Sturgis, creating a customized space designed to support its team, operations, and continued growth.

From redeveloping existing properties and supporting production operations to completing customized build-outs and ground-up construction, Clark Logic’s work with Five Lakes Coffee demonstrates its ability to grow alongside its partners and deliver real estate solutions that evolve with their needs.
