Clark Logic transformed a historic downtown Three Rivers building into a modern multi-use commercial property while preserving the character and craftsmanship that define its history.

Originally constructed around 1930, the building was home to Three Rivers Press and later Degraaf'x, a commercial printing and graphic design company that served businesses throughout southwest Michigan for decades. The property played an important role in the local business community as a long-standing printing and publishing facility.

In 2023, Clark Logic completed a substantial renovation that modernized the building while preserving its historic character. Original features, including hardwood floors and exposed brick walls, were carefully retained and incorporated into the updated design.

The redevelopment converted the property into a multi-tenant commercial building featuring three office and retail suites. As part of the project, Clark Logic also completed a custom salon build-out, including the design and construction of custom salon booths tailored to the tenant's needs.

Today, the property serves as a vibrant commercial destination in downtown Three Rivers, demonstrating how thoughtful redevelopment can preserve local history while creating modern spaces for businesses to grow and thrive.
